Antiform is run by Taylor Dickinson, Bogart Mcavoy, and Wes Wright. After going through design school together Wes and Taylor both leaned towards making soft goods and creating specialized products for their outdoor hobbies. After going separate ways for a few years they decided to collaborate once again to create a brand that satisfied both of their aspirations for quality products. Taylor specializes in custom soft goods, making everything from 1940’s army jeep covers to advanced medical products. Wes specializes in graphic design and soft good product development for the corporate world. Bogart later joined the team to aid in design and management.

We decided to start Antiform as an outlet for the products we dream up and as a way to empower anyone to create a memorable outdoor experience for themselves. Antiform specializes in technical outdoor clothing, soft goods, and custom design work.

During the winter of 2023 we decided to come together to create something that allowed us to see our passions come to life.

Where

Antiform is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We design and build all of our product in-house in our studio/shop. We have been passed the torch from our sewing mentor, Roly Pearson, a long time member of Salt Lake’s biking and skiing community and general sewing “wizard”. We owe him for all of our skills in soft good techniques.

why

We wanted to make products that would ignore fads, be easily repairable, and employ the highest craftsmanship. All products are designed and sewn in house with high regard for the end user and the environment. Recycled material is used whenever possible, and plastic use is minimized. Much of the hardware on products is standardized across our entire line and fully replaceable without the use of a sewing machine.
